It is with much loss that Eunice Reynolds has returned to the one who gave her life. Eunice Reynolds, 95, formerly of Oregon passed away on Monday, March 8, 2010 in Aspen Grove in Lambertville , Michigan . Eunice was born January 11, 1915 to Edward and Josie (Hampshire) Rothenbuhler. Eunice married the love of her life Samuel Reynolds on May 2, 1935 and together they raised a daughter and a son. Sam preceded her in death in 1997 after 61 years of marriage. Eunice was always a good provider and worked very hard for her family. She was employed with Jeep Corporation for 30 years before retiring in 1976. Eunice had many fond memories regarding her contribution to help women in the work force at Jeep. Eunice will be fondly remembered as a loving grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She took up the love of soccer at the age of 90, to understand the sport that played such a big part in the lives of her great grandchildren. Eunice was 'œGrandma' to the whole team. Eunice was preceded in death by her brothers, Lawrence and Russell Rothenbuhler: sister Ruth Carr. Surviving are her daughter, Eunice Mae Mays; son, Ronald Lee (Barbara)Reynolds; sister, Erma Miller; 7 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. Friends may call in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, where visitation will be Wednesday from 3 to 9 pm. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday at 1:00 pm. Interment will be in N. Oregon Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions in Eunice'™s memory be made to the charity of the donors choice. The family wishes to thank both the staff at Orchard Villa for the many years they provided Eunice with care and the staff at Aspen Grove that lovingly cared for Eunice in the final years of her life.
