Eva V. Carr, 87, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Friday, August 18, 2023, at Arbors of Oregon. Eva was born October 31, 1935, in Frenso, California, to Richard and Fern (Shubin) Aljian. Over the years, Eva worked as an office administrator for several dental practices and retired from Meijer in Oregon, Ohio. Eva enjoyed traveling to Chicago and visiting her favorite casinos. Eva is survived by her daughter, Diane Schumaker; grandchildren, Danielle (Sam) Finley and Andrew Schumaker; and great-granddaughter, Mya Campbell. Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Alijan. Private graveside services were held at Lake Township Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy to a charity of the donor's choice.
