Eva Jeanne Quinlivan, 83, of Millbury, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at her residence. Jeanne was born in Gibsonburg, Ohio on February 8, 1934 to Oscar and Eva (Ottney) Goal. Jeanne worked as a unit clerk at St. Charles Hospital for many years. She was an active member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, where she volunteered with the parish festival and fish fry. Her true passion was reading and organized many book groups at the Walbridge Library and Kingston of Perrysburg.
Jeanne is survived by her children, Laure (Greg Ruthman) Quinlivan, Angela (Mark) Peterson, Joni (Daniel) Tarver, Kerri (Todd) Borgmeier, Jonathan (Christine) Quinlivan, and Joshua ( Paige Hyre) Quinlivan; grandchildren, Larkin Seifert, Quinn Ruthman, Nick (Katelyn) Peterson, Chad (Katie) Peterson, Jason (Charina) Peterson, Christopher (Jeannie) Crofts, Nancy (Dustin) Varvel, Danny (Heather) Tarver, Melissa Favela, Karina Burks, Nicholas Meis, Samuel Meis, Jack Quinlivan, John-Michael Quinlivan, Jodi Quinlivan, and Jacob Quinlivan; great-grandchildren, Amaya, Dylan, Beau, Cecilia, Abigail, Reagan, J., Oliver, Elliott, Allayah, and Maliah; sisters, Kass McCreight and Mary Nissen; along with many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; daughter, Jodi; and siblings, Charlie and Flo.
The family will receive friends Friday, September 1, 2017 at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 300 Warner Street, Walbridge from 9:00 am until time of funeral mass at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to St. Jerome Catholic Church.
