Eva Fay Rowland, 74, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Sunday, August 24, 2025 at ProMedica Bay Park Hospital. Eva was born November 25, 1950, in Toledo, Ohio, to Robert and Iona (Harris) Cranston. On October 14, 1967, Eva married the love of her life, William "Buster" Rowland. Together, they spent 40 years side by side operating Auto Connection Brake & Muffler Shop on Sylvania Avenue in west Toledo, retiring in 2016. Eva enjoyed playing bingo at local churches and visiting her favorite casinos. She and Bill cherished hosting family gatherings at their lake home on Grand Lake St. Mary's, wintering in Florida, vacationing in Aruba, and camping across the country. One of Eva's greatest joys was shopping for the latest and greatest trends—and sharing lunch dates with her grandchildren at Rudy's Hot Dogs.

Eva is survived by her husband of 57 years, Bill; children, Ginger (Mike Neff) Bock, William "Bill" (Sheila) Rowland Jr., and Jill Schupp; grandchildren, Brittany, Justin, Jamie (Nicole) Myron, Robert, Michael, Eric, Brian (Arianna), Samantha (Austin), Courtney (Zeph), Nevin, and Hudson; 21 great-grandchildren; siblings, James, Elizabeth, and Pamela; along with many nieces, nephews, loving family members and dear friends. Preceded in death by her parents; 4 sisters; 5 brothers; and a great-granddaughter.

A Celebration of Life visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440S. Coy Road Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 4:00 pm -8:00 pm.
