Evelyn M. Bischoff, 88, of Walbridge, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home Friday, October 20, 2023. Evelyn was born February 9, 1935 in Toledo, Ohio to Thomas and Florence (Barrett) Carpenter. October 17, 1951, she married the love of her life, Martin Bischoff. Evelyn was employed with Woolworths; however, her greatest joy was being a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Evelyn is survived by her children, Robert Bischoff, James (Sandy) Bischoff, Marge Barker, Judy Robbins, Carol (Dan) Kramer, Daniel (Patty) Bischoff, Thomas (Cassie) Bischoff, Martin (Dyan) Bischoff, Ronald (Shannon) Bischoff, and Roger (Alan) Bischoff; 32 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one on the way; 1 great-great grandson; sister, Shirley Gale; along with many nieces, nephews, loving family members, and her dog, Tug. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Martin; brothers, Dean, Richard, Frank, and Wayne; grandson, Jason Bischoff; and son-in-law, Greg Barker.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road Monday, October 23, 2023 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral services in the funeral home Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 11:00 am. Interment: Lake Township Cemetery.
