Faye C. Roberts, 74, of Toledo, OH, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2005, in her home. She was born in Lex, W. Virginia, on April 24, 1930, to Clayton and Nancy (Kennedy) Cooper. Faye was a member of Salem United Methodist Church. She was a very beloved grandmother, often shopping, and dining at Bob Evan's with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling with her best friend, Brenda Phillips. Surviving Faye is her husband of 51 years, Garnett; daughter, Freda Beltran; son, Robin Scott (Deborah); grandchildren, Cindy (Frank) Underwood and Clayt Beltran, Jeremy Schmidlin, Taylor Marie and Joshua Cooper Roberts; great-grandchildren, Haley and Dylan Underwood and Zachary Schmidlin; sister, Vaughan Edith Barnes; many nieces and nephews and best friend, Brenda Phillips. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and a sister. Friends and Family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road at Starr Ave., on Friday, March 18, 2005, from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
