Federico Y. Garcia, 87, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on December 9, 2019 at home. He was born in McAllen, Texas on September 22, 1932 to Manuel and Josephina (Yanez) Garcia. He is survived by his children, Frederick (Maria) Garcia and Monty Belcher; grandchildren, Luciano, Brianca and Federico (Ashley); and great grandchildren, Nito, Leighana, Angelina and Giana. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth; and parents. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel. on Thursday, December 12 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Saturday, December 14 at Butala Funeral Home, 1405 DeKalb Avenue, Sycamore, Illinois from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place in St. Mary Cemetery, following the visitation.
