Felicia "FiFi" Loretta Monday, of Oregon, Ohio passed away April 10, 2017 at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania, Ohio. Felicia was born in Salamanca, New York to the late Stephen and Dorothy (Woodarek) Suchora. Shortly after graduating high school, Felicia decided to move to Los Angeles, California and lived there for twelve years. She decided to enlist in the U.S. Army. Later, returned home to be with her family. In her early career, she worked at Lasalle Department Store and retired in 2004 from The Lucas County Job & Family Services. Felicia cherished giving back and was very active within the community. She enjoyed volunteering at St. Charles and Bay Park Hospitals, East Toledo Family Center, political campaign volunteer and a member of the Red Hot Mamas.
Felicia gave whatever she could to her family and treasured her nieces and nephew deeply. She had many friends. She loved to dance, and listen to the music, especially, Josh Boyd. Her best known attributes include being the life of the party, strong-willed, fun, opinionated and demonstrated strong family commitment. Felicia's ability to talk to anyone makes her completely unforgettable.
Felicia is survived by her sister, Mary Suchora, her sister-in-law Erma Suchora and beloved dog Boo-Boo. As well as the family she is most proud of; four nieces and one nephew, Marlene (Bob Bronikowski) Suchora, Tonya (Brian) Porshinsky, George (Kati) Suchora, Precious (Jonathan) Farroni, Aliescha Suchora. Great – nieces and nephews; Ariyana, Shane, Gwendolyn, Eva, Gavin, Emelia and Evan. Felicia is preceded in death with her brother's George and Joseph Suchora.
Those who wish to pay tribute to Felicia, may visit, Eggleston-Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 2-8 pm with Recitation of the Rosary at 2:00 pm. The family will also greet friends at Epiphany of the Lord Paris, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 729 White St., Toledo, Ohio 43605, on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 10:00 am until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am.
