Felix DeAnda Jr., 89, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 1, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Felix was born in Edcouch, Texas, September 18, 1933, to Felix and Guadalupe (Sierra) DeAnda Sr. Mr. DeAnda was employed with General Motors as a machine operator, retiring in 1996. A devoted Christian, Felix was an ordained pastor with the Spanish-Baptist Church. He loved working in his garage, was an accomplished gardener, and loved telling jokes to his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 72 years, Eloisa; children, Arnulfo (Vicki) DeAnda, Alma Rosa Worthington, Agapito (Dolly) DeAnda, Amelia (Mark) Hemsath, and Alicia Martinez; 19 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Pedro, Raul, and Viola; along with many loving family members. Preceded in death by his parents; son, Armando; grandson, Alex; granddaughter, Tabatha; and son-in-law, Reynold.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road Friday, April 7, 2023, from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral services Saturday, April 8, 2023, at 10:30 am in the funeral home. Interment: Restlawn Memorial Park.
