Flora J. Shirey, 82, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018 at her home. Flora was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 16, 1935 to Merle and Mildred Rahm. She is survived by her children, Shirley Wise, Richard Shirey Jr; Pam (Phil) Lowe, Pat (Mark) Robaszkiewiez, Angela (Rick) Mansfield and Kenneth Shirey; along with her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; and brother, Thomas Rahm. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard; daughter, Anita Shirey; brothers, Merle Rahm and Warren Rahm; and granddaughter, Jessica Wise. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 10:00 am in Epiphany of the Lord Parish- St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 729 White Street, Toledo, where the family will greet friends beginning at 9:00 am. Interment: Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
