Florence Hess, 88, formerly of Langundovie Dr. and Luther Hills Circle Oregon, Ohio passed away Thursday, February 26, 2004 at Lutheran Home at Toledo. Florence was born in Toledo on January 18, 1916 to Stanley and Helen (Smarzynski) Pietrykowski. She was a member of First St. John Lutheran Church and the Mary Martha Club. Florence was preceded in death by her husband, Louis A. Hess, son, Fred L. Hess; grandson, Eric L. Hess; sister, Rose Marie Boehringer. Florence is survived by her grandson and granddaughter in law, Mark A. and Jane Hess. Family will greet friends may visit at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S.Coy Road, Oregon, OH on Sunday, February 29, 2004 from 2-9 p.m., where funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
