Florence L. Leuck, 84, of Newport, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at her residence. Florence was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 28, 1933 to Raymond and Katherine (McCarthy) DeLauter. Her hobbies included: crocheting afghans, embroidery, quilting, knitting, and cheering on the Detroit Tigers. Her true passion was spending time with her family. Florence is survived by her children, Jim (Cherri) Ellerbush, Billy Leuck, Victoria (James) Wolff, Rick (Sandy) Leuck, Tim (Susan) Leuck, and Steve ( Deb) Leuck; 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Robin (Marty) Jordan, Kim (Jack) Berger, Scott (Karen) DeLauter, and David (Christy) DeLauter; dogs, Annie, Frankie, Zack, and "Little Deer"; along with many nieces, nephews, and loving family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; step-mother, June DeLauter; husband, William; sons, Donald Ellerbush and Matthew Leuck; and siblings, Dale DeLaughter and Kristine Garber. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 2:00 pm until time of funeral service at 7:00 pm.
