Frances M. Bachar, 95, of Perrysburg, OH passed away September 21, 2005 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, OH. She was born March 24, 1910 in Chicago, IL to Robert and Lila (Phillips) Doster. Frances met and married Ernest Slater March 27, 1929. After his death Frances met and married Robert Bachar on April 19, 1965. She was employed by Page Dairy and then Sears until her retirement. Frances volunteered at the St. Charles Hospital gift shop for 17 years and sang with the Sweet Adelines for 11 years. Surviving is a cousin in Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio on Saturday, September 24, 2005 from 11:00am until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Green Lawn Cemetery, Tiffin, OH.
