Frances "Fran" Marie Stockmaster Brock, 64, Oregon, OH, formerly of East Toledo, OH, passed away from Kidney failure and had be Ill for a long time at Arbors of Oregon on Monday, Oct. 2, 2016. She the daughter of James J and Beulah L (Dunaway) Stockmaster and they precede her in death. Fran was a Mom, Grandmother, Great Grand-mother, Sister and Cousin and a Loving person and she'll be missed dearly. She was a graduate from Waite High School in 1970. She married David A Brock on Aug. 12, 1972 and they divorced, but remained friends. Her caregiver Thomas Harrison precedes her in death. She is survived by her Daughter, Amy S (John P J Gardull) Phanthalasy; brother; James D (Becky S Doncoes) Stockmaster and Sister; Anna (David M Howard) Stockmaster, Grandson, Dylan L Phanthalasy, Grand-daughter, Vassana S (Nicholas "Nico" G Brann) Phanthalasy, Great Granddaughter, Kameryn J Brann and her double first cousin, Thelma (Roger) (Stockmaster) Scarborough, Aunt Hilda (Schwarzkopf) Dunaway and Nieces and Nephews and Cousins. She is preceded in death by her Parents, her twin brother Franklin "Frank" L, Infant brother, Carl Anthony and Infant sister, Charlotte and a son-in-law, Somloth "Sam" Phanthalasy. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, S Coy Rd, Oregon, Ohio 43616 will be handing her arrangement. There will be a Memorial at Wood Creek Club Home, Walbridge, OH on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at 2:00 Family only. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the daughter for her head stone.
