Frances (Lambdin) Hurst age 90 of Toledo, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Friday August 18, 2017. She was born September 8, 1926 in Pearl, Kentucky to Garrett and Mary L. (Maiden) Lambdin. Frances was saved and baptized at Lower Laurel Fork Church in Pearl, Kentucky. She was married to Edward S. Hurst August 21, 1943 until the time of his passing in 1975. Frances worked swing shift at Libbey Glass for 30 years while raising 5 children. Frances is survived by her daughters, Rosetta (Chuck) Sparks and Alma Berry; daughter-in-law, Montie Hurst; sons, Jim (Judy) Hurst and Larry (Cindy) Hurst; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and sister, Charlene (Lambdin) Hurst. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Alvie Hurst; sisters, Delcie Banning, Juanita Hurst, Edith Frasure; and brothers, Arnold Lambdin, Edward Lambdin, Alfred Lambdin. Friends may visit Eggleston Meinert & Pavley, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road on Thursday, August 24 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Friday, August 25 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. According to her family, In the words of Frances "Maw Maw"; "I'm so blessed to have wonderful children. If I only had one wish, it would be that everybody had a family like mine. There's one thing I know – their love for me and my love for them carries me through each day. Our love for each other keeps us all close."
