Frances G. Ramos, 83 of Toledo passed away Friday, June 19, 2009. She was born in Irving, Texas to Maximo and Luz (Cruz) Gonzales. Frances worked in bookkeeping and retired from the former Parkview Hospital. She is survived by her son Ruben (Mary) Ramos; grandchildren; Yvonne Ramos, Jessica (Dave) Chappell, and Ruben Ramos Jr. Also survived by 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Venancio "Ben" Ramos. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, 440 South Coy Road, Oregon, on Tuesday, June 23rd from 4-9pm. Funeral services will be conducted 10am Wednesday at the funeral home.
