Frank E. Sawyer Sr. Frank E. Sawyer Sr., 59, Toledo, Ohio passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2003 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. He was employed by the Ohio Department of Transportation in their maintenance department for 15 years retiring in 1998. Surviving are his children, Theresa Sawyer, Frank Sawyer Jr., John Sawyer, Scott Sawyer and Amy (Steve)Barailloux; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 from 2-9 p.m. at the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio.
