Franklin D. Stephens, 81, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on October 9, 2021 at University of Toledo Medical Center. He was born on February 22, 1940 in Linden, Tennessee to Levi and Bessie (Barber) Stephens. Frank worked as a mechanic for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for 27 years, before retiring in 1990. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and NASCAR. Frank is survived by his children, Tina (Duane) Phillips and Kenneth (Natasha) Stephens; and grandchildren, Delaney, Joshua and Haley. He was preceded in death by his parents; and loving wife of 57 years, Louise. Visitation for Frank will be held at Eggleston Meinert and Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, on Wednesday October 13, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Thursday, October 14 at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
