Fred C. Hall, 80, of Martin , OH passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 in his home. He was born on August 19, 1929 in Toledo , Ohio to Clarence and Mary (Kuntz) Hall. Fred was a life-long builder/developer and was past owner of Industrial Machine and Die and Electro-Cut. He was involved with building hundreds of homes, apartments and commercial developments throughout Northwest Ohio . Fred was a member of St. Ignatius Church, past president of the Home Builders Association, Toledo Swiss and the Oregon Zoning Commission. Surviving are his children, Steve Hall, Chris Hall, Theresa (Nick) Romano and Merry (Frank) Dramczyk; grandchildren, Christy, Carrie, Melissa, Sarah, Dustin, Katie, Kelsey, Allison, Todd, Cody and Kaitlin; step grandchildren, Barbara and Nick Dramczyk; 4 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; sister, Dorothy (Glen) Archambo; daughter-in-law, Laura Timofeev; sister-in-laws, Lucy Hall, Jeanette Hall, Janet Duhaime and Bonnie Mohon; brother-in-law, Jim Liptack and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jean; sons, Rick and Larry; brothers, Ed, Herb and John; half-brother, Bob Ryan; mother-in-law, Modelle Mohon; son-in-law, Ken Achter; brother-in-laws, Mike Duhaime, Rod and Don Mohon; and sister-in-law, Doris Liptack. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday from 2-9 pm where funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 9 am.
