Freda Jo Beltran, 70, of Oregon, Ohio, was called home to be with The Lord on Thursday, February 1st, 2024.She was born in Iager, West Virginia, on January 28th, 1954 to Garnett and Willa Faye (Cooper) Roberts.

Freda was a 1972 graduate of Morrison R. Waite High School in Toledo, Ohio. After high school Freda was employed at Crown Cork and Seal until 2001 when the company was no longer in business. She was also a member of the UFCW Local 911 Union. She then pursued and received her Associates Degree in Hospitality Management and started an internship with Holiday Inn French Quarter in Perrysburg, Ohio; where she then became employed until 2005. Freda loved to travel and see new places and also made a friend where ever she went. In 2015 Freda moved to Bradenton, Florida until 2019, where she enjoyed retirement and spending time with her daughter, Cindy, and grandkids. She became a member of Harbor Community Church of Bradenton, Florida. Freda then moved back to Bryan, Ohio to be with her son, Clayt, and his family in 2019, where she lived out the rest of her days. Freda loved to dance, listen to music (especially Motown), spend time with her grandkids and cook some of the best fried chicken you've ever had. Being around Freda felt like home and like you have known her forever, she had a huge heart and had made many friends over the years. She had a great group of friends from high school that stayed close until her final days.
