Frederick W."Fred" Yohnke, 96, of Walbridge, OH passed away Thursday, July 7, 2005 in Harborside of Perrysburg. He was born in Curtice, OH on November 7, 1908 to Henry and Eliza (Grodi) Yohnke. Fred was employed by Pinkerton Services as a security guard when he retired in 1974. Mr. Yohnke was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church. Surviving are his daughters, Eleanor Williams, Irene (Gary) Traver; stepdaughter, Marilyn (Dr. Richard Zink) Laviolette; sisters, Freida Sibberson, Louise Foreman and Frances Cousino; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Fred was preceded in death by his parents; his wives Flora, Ruth and Delilah; daughter, Betty Jane Shaner; brothers, Steve, John, Art, Martin and Albert Yohnke; sisters, Dorrie Hartman and Marie Kalmeyer. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road at Starr Ave. on Sunday from 2-9 p.m. where funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
