Gerald C. Comer, 77, of Toledo, passed away on March 30, 2013 at Ridgewood Manor. Gerald was born on May 23, 1935 to Russell and Marie (Sably) Comer. He was a veteran of the US Navy and worked for the Lucas County Coroner. Gerald was a member of the American Legion Southside Post 531. Gerald is survived by his sons, Gerald and David Comer; granddaughter, Christina Comer. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services for Gerald were private. The family would like to thank the nurses that have taken care of him for the past two years, Sue and Jill. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Homes assisted the family with the arrangements.
