Gladys A. Kutz, 84, of Toledo passed away Friday, December 9, 2005 in St. Vincent Mercy Hospital. Gladys was born in Toledo on September 25, 1921 to Frederick and Alvina (Hulce) Turnow. She was the widow of Carl Kutz who preceded her in death in 1962. Mrs. Kutz was employed at the Columbia Gas Company for 28 years before her retirement in 1990. As a member of Christina Court, Order of the Amarath she had served as past matron and secretary for 25 years. Surviving are her sons, Fred and Robert (Karen) Kutz; grandchildren, Thomas and Christopher Kutz and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Richard and Walter Turnow and sister, Irene Turnow Family and friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Sunday from 2–9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 1:00 pm. Interment will be in Willow Cemetery.
