Glenda Ann Moyer, 65, of Sylvania, Ohio, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2026, surrounded by loving family and friends.
Glenda was born in Toledo, Ohio, on January 28, 1961, to Billy and LaVerne (McConnell) Smith.
Glenda loved her family and friends and treated her nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews as if they were her own kids. Glenda was a member of Echo Meadows Church of Christ, where she taught elementary bible school classes and served on the safety team. Glenda loved to travel, watch hockey games, planting flowers, visiting the Toledo Zoo, and having fun, no matter what that fun was. Glenda loved her many dogs, who were her constant companions. Glenda was renowned for selling Mary Kay to her friends and family. She was a proud 2008 graduate of the nursing program at Lourdes College. Known as "1FUNRN", Glenda loved her job because it gave her the opportunity to serve and minister to her many patients when she worked for Ohioans Home Health and later owned and operated Privileged Home Health Care.
Glenda is survived by her sisters, Pamela (Tony) Miller, Debbie Jeffers, and brother, Glenn (Lisa) Smith; nephews and nieces, Billy (Leah) Jeffers, Cory (Sarah) Smith, April (Micah) McGough, Tyler (Leah) Smith, Alli (Josh) Sokolnicki, and Kristin (Trey) Green; and multiple great-nephews and great-nieces that she loved to spoil and love on. Preceding her in death are her parents and brother-in-law, Ray Jeffers.
Visitation will be held at Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 3:00 pm - 8:00pm.
