Golda Gallups, 79, of Toledo, OH passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2005 in Hospice of NW Ohio. She was born in Toledo, OH on May 6, 1926 to William and Elizabeth (McCurdy) Beatty. Golda was a graduate of Libbey High School and until recently gathered monthly with the Sorority alumni. She was employed by Jeep for 38 yrs. in the data entry department. Golda enjoyed playing cards, reading and loved spending time with her family and friends. Surviving are her husband, Henry; daughters, Diane (Gene) Reynolds of Toledo and Debra (Jack) Soulidis, of Toledo; son, Dale Gallups of Toledo; grandchildren, Stacy Baer-Long, Sally Phillips and Jack Soulidis Jr; great grandchildren, Thomas Baer, Alden Phillips and Robert Long. Golda was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio on Thursday, December 22, 2005 from 2-9 pm. where funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 1:00 pm. Interment will be in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
