Harold Joseph Bowers, 70, of Toledo, OH, passed away April 25, 2005, in St. Charles Mercy Hospital. He was born in Toledo on October 1, 1934, to Harold and Mary (Kill) Bowers. Joseph was employed for many years with the Toledo Blue Print and Paper Company. He was a member of Good Shepherd Church. Surviving are his sister, Mary Jane Bowers. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents and brother, William. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road at Starr Ave., on Wednesday, April 27, 2005 from 2 until 9 p.m. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. and proceed to Good Shepherd Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
