Harold E. Miller, 81, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2007, at Bayshore Commons, Oregon, OH. He was born in Northwood, Ohio on June 28, 1925, to Edward and Anna (Lauman) Miller. Harold began his work career as a farm manager with Hirzel Canning. He also was a truck driver for over 30 years, most recently with Wills Trucking, retiring in 1986. Harold was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Williston, Ohio. Surviving are his children, Vicki (Dave) Huber of Millbury, OH and Randy (Diane) Miller of Troy, MI; grandchildren, Lori (Wes) Ernsthausen, Chad Huber, Stacey Miller, Stephanie Miller and Kelly Miller; sisters, Helen Diefenthaler, Dorothy Gahler and Esther Speck and sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ruth Miller and brother, Roy. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2 to 9 p.m. at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road. Funeral services will be conducted in St. John Lutheran Church, 21140 W. Toledo St., Williston, OH on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment will take place in Restlawn Memorial Park.
