Harry J. Krzeszowski, 84, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2009 at home surrounded by his family. He served in both the U.S. Army and Air Force and was a lifetime charter member of Northwood VFW # 2984 and DADS Post #233. Harry was employed by Fiske Brothers Refining for 20 years retiring in 1986. . Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Helen (Everhardt); son, Paul; grandson, Jason and 2 great-granddaughters; brothers, David (Dorothy) Krzeszowski, Leo (Nancy) Moliszewski and Chester (Sandy) Morran; sister, Alice Madej; godson, Tim Everhardt and goddaughter, Jennifer Belinske and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Moliszewski; father, Martin Krzeszowski; father-in-law, Cleo Everhardt and mother-in-law, Gladys Everhardt. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Sunday from 2–8 p.m. with VFW Services at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Monday at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
