Harry Osmond, 90 formerly of Millbury, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 10, 1921 to Arthur and Rose (Hadrell) Osmond. On January 24, 1945, he married Ruby Peachey. Harry was a 58 year member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Millbury where he served as an usher and youth leader. He was employed with Phillips Bottle Gas and the US Postal Service for 25 years. Surviving are his children, Dian (Donald) Greenlese, Marilyn (Rier) Smith, and Gary (Arlene) Osmond; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson, and sister, Rosemary. Harry was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ruby; sister, Doris; and brothers, Arthur and Bert. Friends may call at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel (east of I-280) on Saturday from 9:00 am until time of funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
