Hazel Virginia Plummer, 76, of east Toledo passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2006.  Hazel was born in Quarry, Virginia on June 1, 1929 to Clarence and Mary (Dunn) Morgan.  She is the widow of Roy J. Plummer Sr..  Hazel was a member of the Birmingham Senior Citizens and was also active in the Democratic Party.   Surviving are her children, Robert (Kathy) Plummer, Thomas (Donna) Plummer, Sandra (Henry) Lopez, Pamela (Hassen) Awada, Roy Plummer Jr.; 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are her 3 sisters and 1 brother.     Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5-9 p.m. and on Friday from 2-9 p.m. at the Kinsey Funeral Home Birmingham Chapel, 2001 Consaul Street, Toledo, Ohio.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
