Heather Hartford, 38, of Hillsdale, Michigan passed away on April 17, 2020 at Hillsdale Medical Care Center. She was born on December 16, 1981 in Toledo, Ohio to Henry and Clara (Fryman) Hartford. Heather loved old country music and collected Betty Boop items. Heather was feisty, strong, very funny and laughed a lot. Surviving is her father, Henry Hartford; and sister, Michelle Hartford. She was preceded in death by her mother, Clara Hartford; brother, Robert Henry Hartford; and brother in law; Raymond Miller. Private family graveside services were held at Restlawn Memorial Park.
