Helen Erwin, 89, passed away on July 31, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 27, 1926 to Fred and Sarah (Combs) Frazier. Helen enjoyed talking on the phone, playing family Bingo, and cats. The most important thing to Helen was spending time with her family. Helen is survived by her children, Ronald (Tammy Zajac) Erwin, Kenneth Jr. (Marilyn) Erwin, Phyllis (Robert) Mason, Tina (Terry) Ryan, Beverly (Dennis) Smith, Sue (Tim) Benge; 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren; sister, Janice Peterson. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth Sr.; 4 sisters. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., on Monday, August 3, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Restlawn Memorial Park.
