Ida Falls, age 82, of Walbridge, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2012, after a very lengthy illness from Multiple System Atrophy (MSA).
Ida, born, April 3, 1930, at Friendship, Ohio, was one of six daughters and two sons born to Walter and Margaret (Campbell) Dillow. She was a 1950 graduate of Lake High School, Millbury, Ohio. Ida married Clifton H. 'œClif' Falls, August 11, 1951, and they had two daughters, Pam and Kathy.
Ida was the beloved wife of Clif, loving mother of Pamela Ann (Thomas) Curavo, Northwood, Ohio, and Kathy Lynn Falls (John) Peters, Millbury, Ohio; dear grandmother of Alex Clifton Curavo, Eric Thomas Curavo, and Samuel John Falls Peters; sister of Jean (Norman-deceased) Brubaker, Gibsonburg, Ohio, and Sidney (Bunny) Dillow, of West Portsmouth, Ohio; all of whom survive.
Ida was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters Olive (Herbert) Boggs, Britton (Frank) Cooper, Juanita (Urban) Haslinger, Erma (Orin Burdell) Fritz, and brother Clyde (Molly) Dillow.
She loved her husband, her daughters and their husbands, her grandsons, her sisters and brothers very deeply, and her loyal canine companion of 15 years, Mandy.
Ida took great pleasure in reading the Holy Bible which she read through and through multiple times, and her daily reading of Christian devotionals.
Services will be private. Kinsey-Pavley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
