Inocencia Hinojosa, 88 of Curtice, Ohio passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, October 22, 2018, with her loving family by her side. Inocencia was born on December 28, 1929, in Helena, Texas to Refugio and Eloise (Mendez) Calderon. Surviving are her children, Jane (Al) Rizo, Eloise (Juan) Avila, Robert (Rachel) Hinojosa, Estella (Humberto) Reyes, Gloria (Dennis) Taylor, Sylvia Spencer, Virginia (Danny) Algarin, Juan (Mondo) (Sue) Hinojosa, Jim (Patty) Hinojosa, Rachel Hinojosa (Jeff), Esther (Terry) Dohanos, Rick (Miranda) Hinojosa, Aurora (Steve) Harsanje, Alexander (Xander) Hinojosa; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Virginia (Armando) Salinas. She was preceded in death by her husband Juan Hinojosa, daughter Linda Hinojosa, sons Joseph, and Timothy Hinojosa, granddaughter Kelsey, grandson Jerry (Bear) Berry, Sister Santos Cavazos. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-8 pm at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
