Irene T.(Rudzki) Andrzejewski, 93, of Toledo, Ohio passed away January 26, 2014 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 4, 1920 in Toledo, Ohio to John and Helen (Michalak) Rudzki. Irene served in the US Navy from 1942-1945, and worked in the White House as a secretary. She was married to the late Henry William Andrzejewski for 49 years. Irene leaves behind her sons, Douglas (Jan) and Brian (Marsha) Andrzejewski; grandchildren, Zachary (Stephanie), Shelley, Jennifer and Steven Andrzejewski; great grandchildren, Brody and Dillion; brother, John Rudzki and sister, Helen Ten Eyck. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 4 siblings. Visitation will take place on Friday, January 31, 2014 from 2-8 p.m. at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
