Jack Mumford, 74, of Toledo, Ohio passed away October 17, 2012 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 31, 1937 to Wilbur and Florabelle (Rogers) Mumford. Jack had been employed by Van Waters & Rogers Inc. for 36 years, retiring in 2000. Surviving are his wife, Judith; brother, James Mumford of Tennessee; many sisters and brothers in-law, nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Donald Mumford. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 1-9 p.m. Funeral services and interment in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park will be private.
