Jacqueline A. Sorge, 92, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at St. V's. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 5, 1929 to Emil and Dorothy (Powell) Dusseau. She graduated from Woodward High School and would work as a bus driver for J.J. Shores School. Jacqueline enjoyed listening to country music, traveling, especially to Hawaii, and going gambling with her friend Barb. What she cherished most was spending time with her family and friends who will miss her dearly.
She is survived by her daughter, Venetta "Veetsi" Williams; son, Kenneth (Lori) Sorge; daughter, Reneé Sorge; grandchildren, Sonia (Jamie) Cooper, Jim (Jodi) Cole, Neil Cole, Amy (Dusty) Wiltse; great-grandchildren, Ava and Mya Cooper, Laura Cole, Kiera Cole, Tony Hughes, Leah Wiltse, Lideah Wiltse; and her 4 legged companion, Pepper.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Sorge; twin sister, Jean Urbanski; and son-in-law, Danny Williams.
In accordance with Jacqueline's wishes a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank her special friends, Betty, Ed, Kerry, Gary and Glenn for always wanting to spend time with her. They would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Susie for the compassionate care she gave to their loved one.
