Jacquelyn Hubaker, 84, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away at her residence
On Tuesday, July 25, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Plainwell, MI on September 2, 1932 to Claud and Josephine (Schmidt) May. Jackie graduated from Clay High School in 1950 where she was active with many clubs and inducted into the National Honor Society. She worked at Toledo Trust and Key Banks for 35 years retiring in 1992 as a Group Vice President. Jackie was elected to the Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) in 1984 by Toledo Trust and was active with BPW, ZONTA, American Institute of Banking, and Read for Literacy. She enjoyed gardening, reading and was a member of First St. John Lutheran Church.
Surviving are her husband of 66 years, Richard H.; children, Denise (Sterling) Pankratz, Mark Hubaker and Tamara Hubaker; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; brother, David (Judy) May. She was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Chelsea.
Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 3 pm until 7 pm. Memorial services will be conducted on Friday August 4, 2017 at 10:30 am in First St. John Lutheran Church, Toledo, OH. Private inurnment will take place in Toledo Memorial Park. Those wishing an expression of sympathy in Jackie's name are asked to consider the charity of the donor's choice.
