James P. Boyle, 81, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 1, 2009, surrounded by his family. Mr. Boyle was born in Toledo on November 16, 1927, to Robert and Leona (Radsick) Boyle. James was a graduate of Waite High School and was employed at the Libbey Owens Ford Glass Company for 30 years before his retirement in 1987. Surviving are his son, James P. Boyle II; daughters, Judy (Doug) Kampfer and Barbara Wilk; sister, Barbara (Don) Phillips; grandchildren, Michael and Stephanie Wilk, Doug Kampfer, Ashley McGilvery, Jayme Vermett and James P. Boyle III. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Emily; daughter, Lee Boyle; son, Robert Boyle and sister, Connie Morrissey. The Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Friday, July 3rd, at 11:00 a.m. in Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 550 Clark Street, Toledo, where visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until the beginning of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
