James Jim G. Hart, 79, of Toledo, OH passed away June 5, 2006 in Bay Park Community Hospital. He was born in Toledo, OH on March 1, 1927 to Harold and Catherine (Dougherty). Jim had been employed as a furniture store manager at Kobackers, The Home and Montgomery Wards. He was a faithful member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, where he was a longtime usher. Jim took great pride in watching his grandchildren participate in sports, dance, theatre and other activities. He loved going on vacation to the lake. Fishing with his sons-in-law, daughter and grandchildren always brought back many fish stories and laughter. We will all remember the fishing, skiing, card playing and camp fires enjoyed with him. Jim loved to golf. He looked forward to golfing every summer with his friends. Jim enjoyed golfing with the Waite Alumni Golf Group.   Surviving is his wife of 57 years, Fern; children, Janey (Mike) Krasula and Jeaney (Gary) Diefenthaler; grandchildren, Jason, Kristy, Brian, Matthew, Ed, Stacey, Sarah and Greg; sisters, Alice Ferguson and Kathleen Specht. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, son, Jeff, and brother, Richard Dick Hart.   Friends and family may visit at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, OH on Wednesday, June 7, 2006 from 2-9 pm.  Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Thursday at 9:15 a.m. and continue to Good Shepherd Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
