James P. Tinsley 72 of Oregon, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2002 at St.Charles Mercy Hospital. James was born in Barbersville, West Virginia on May 22, 1930 to George and Maggie Rife. He served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Navy. Jim had worked for Wolverine Window Cleaning Company for over 25 years. He is survived by his loving wife 48 years, Artie; children, Tina (Gary) Manning, Karen (Bob) Free, Phillip (Cris) Tinsley, Dawn (Marvin) Cowell; grandchildren, Kelly, Lisa, Kyle, Michael, Nathan, Aimie, Terin, Cortnee, Zackary; also surviving is his sister, Marie Dillard. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston -Meinert Funeral Home Woodville Road Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, Millbury on Monday from 11:00 Am until the time of his funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
