Janelle Mulkey- Kutz, 48, of Toledo, OH passed away October 26, 2006 at St. Charles Mercy Hospital. Janelle was born on June 17, 1958 to Kenneth and Donna (Wert) Mulkey in Toledo.  Janelle was a graduate of Waite High School and a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church.   Surviving are her mother, Donna Conroy, sister, Judith Bunce; brother, Dennis (Sandy) Mulkey; sons, Micheal (Sherri) Mulkey and Joshua Mulkey; Aunt, Connie Wert and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth; step-father, Jack Conroy; grandmother, Clara Wert; uncle, Glen Wert and brother-in-law, Bud Bunce.   Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Sunday, October 29, 2006 from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 2:00 pm with interment following in Toledo Memorial Park.
