Janine D. Floering, 70, of Toledo passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2011 in St. Charles Mercy Hospital. Janine was born in Toledo on December 15, 1940 to Cassious and Dorothy (Fowler) Comstock. She was a graduate of Sylvania Northview High School. Mrs. Floering was first widowed by Joe Purpich and also was preceded in death by her second husband, Franklin Floering. Surviving are her significant other, Don Leathers; daughter, Kathleen Watson; sons, Joseph Jr., David 'œTony', Lawrence, and Robert Purpich; brother, David Comstock; step-daughter, Debbie Hill; step-sons, John, Frank, and Thomas Floering, Donny Leathers and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Tuesday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11:00 am with interment to follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
