Jean Claypool, 79, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2008 in Toledo Hospital.  She was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 1, 1929 to Charles and Hazel (Kisseberth) Cook. Jean enjoyed reading, embroidery but most of all loved spending time with her family.   Surviving are her children, Linda (Biriz) Macias, Ferol (Stephen) DeLeon-Snead; sister, Ferol Gust; son-in-law, Tony DeLeon; grandchildren, Anthony DeLeon, Nick DeLeon, Michael Martens, Kenny Martens and Jon Richards; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kendall; sisters, Virginia Hudson, Edna Lauch; brothers, Franklin and Harold, and her parents.   The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 3, 2008 from 1-8 p.m. at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, 440 S. Coy Rd, Oregon, OH. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 10:30 a.m.  Interment will take place in Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donors choice.  The family wishes to express their gratitude to the caring nurses and staff of Heartland of Perrysburg, St. Vincent Mercy Hospital and Toledo Hospital.
