Jean M. Finch, 92, of Perrysburg and former long time East Toledo resident passed away on Friday, August 6, 2010 in Heartland of Perrysburg. Jean was born in Toledo on March 21, 1918 to Gustav and Marie (Abbeglen) Helbing. She was the widow of Vernon Finch who preceded her in death in 1988. Jean was a 1936 graduate of Waite High School and a member of Unity United Methodist Church. Through the years she enjoyed her memberships and activities including the CCL, Waite Band Parents, Cub and Girl Scouts and she faithfully attended her high school class reunions. Surviving are her daughters, Bonnie (Alex) Thomas, Joan (John) Cordas; sons, Gary (Marlene) and Donald Finch; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Helbing Private visitation and funeral services were conducted by the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon. Graveside services will be held in Lake Township Cemetery on Monday at 1:00 p.m. Visitation: Saturday, 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. Services: Saturday, 7:00 p.m. Interment: Lake Township Cemetery
