Jean E. Fork, 90, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Jean was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 20, 1927. On September 14, 1946, she married Wayne Fork. Jean worked at Sears for 10 years and dedicated her life to serving others as a volunteer with many local organizations. She was a lifelong member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, Toledo. Jean is survived by her children, Sue (Fred) Jensen, Dan (Pat) Fork, Deb (Larry) Sampsel and Mark (Rhonda) Fork; 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; and sister, Ruth McKibbin. She was preceded in death by her parents Harley and Gladys; husband, Wayne; and sister, June Meyer. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road (east of I-280) on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 30, 2017 at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
