Jean Ann Romstadt, 70, of Oregon, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 16, 2014 peacefully at home. Jean was born on February 14, 1944 in Toledo, Ohio to Robert and Virgina (O'™Brien) Walters. She graduated from Waite High School and attended Riverside School of Nursing. Jean was a dedicated nurse at St. Charles Hospital for over 35 years. Aside from work, she enjoyed singing, dancing, cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes, entertaining her family and friends and traveling anywhere, especially to Florida. Jean is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 48 years, Jerry Romstadt; daughters, Jeri Ann (Marty) McEowen and Jennifer Isbell; brother, Jim Walters; grandchildren, Samantha, Miranda, Bailey, Dylan, Jessica and Jebediah; and many lifelong friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20, at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 6:00 p.m.
