Jeffery S. Smith Partin, 49, of Toledo, OH passed away Sunday, January 23, 2005 in his home. Jeff was born in Toledo on December 4, 1955. He was employed with Seaway Foodtown for many years and most recently the Sylvania Food Mart. Jeff was a social butterfly who enjoyed his many friends and family. He also loved listening to music. Surviving are his parents, Bobby and Shirley Partin; sister, Laura (William) Dunaway; grandmother, Laura; special companion, Doris Hayward and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Jeffery was preceded in death by his brother, James Partin. Friends and family may visit in the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd, Oregon, OH on Tuesday, January 25, 2005, from 2 to 9 p.m. Interment will take place at Douglas Cemetery in Jellico, Tennessee.
