Jeffrey Ray Van Noy, 46, of Genoa, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2005, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Jeffrey was born in Marrietta, Ohio, on December 17, 1958, to Gerald and Sylvia (Davis) Van Noy. He was a graduate of Marietta Senior High School and was employed by Sodexho as a cook at Owens Corning. In his spare time he enjoyed wildlife and gardening. He is survived by his mother, Sylvia Van Noy Ohmer; sisters, Geraldine Bless and Terrie Wells; brother, Shawn Van Noy; nieces, Jasmine (Joel) Mohn, Melissa (Shaun) Hardie and Ashley Wells; nephew, Aaron (Amanda) Bless; great-nephews, Hunter and Brock Bless; aunts, Mable Minor and Ruth Reese and many cousins. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Gerald; uncles, Ted, John and Norman Van Noy and George Davis and aunts, Ethel Pritchett, Bessie Bell and Helen Murphy. Visitation and funeral services will be private. Arrangements by the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel. Interment will take place in Clay Township Cemetery.
