Jeremy A. Tate, 40, passed away unexpectedly on March 29, 2011. He was born on September 12, 1970 to Terry and Pamela (Dexter) Tate. Jeremy had worked as a sales rep for 14 years for Conforming Matrix. He enjoyed working with young people and served as a Youth Pastor at Vineyard Church where he is a member. Jeremy loved cars and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan. Jeremy is survived by his wife, Laura; children, Anthony, Devin, and Sarah; parents, Terry and Pam Tate; brothers, Jeff (Julie), Jim (Mari) and Jacob (Jamie); sister, Josie; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Rose and Robert Graham; brother-in-law, David (Amy) Graham. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Kalyn, Hannah, Morgan, Gracie, Taylor, Parker and Acacia. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., on Friday, April 1, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at Vineyard Church, 210 E.S.
